• Condition of Returned Items: All returned parts must be in new and uninstalled. This includes the part itself, all accessories, manuals, and original tags if applicable.

• Original Packaging: Returns must be made with the original manufacturer packaging intact, free of damage, markings, or stickers. 

• Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (such as the original receipt or order number) is required for all returns.

• Processing Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets the return policy conditions, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for buyer's remorse returns. We will cover return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or a defective product.
