Limited Warranty Coverage

Workload warrants that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper installation for a period specified on the productā€™s official warranty documentation or invoice.

Exclusions

This warranty doesĀ notĀ cover:

  • Damage resulting from improper installation not performed by Workload or an authorized installer
  • Misuse, abuse, accidents, negligence, or alterations/modifications to the product
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
  • Damage caused by overloading beyond the published weight ratings
  • Environmental factors including corrosion, chemical exposure, or weather-related damage
  • Products installed on vehicles used for commercial towing, heavy off-road use, or any purpose outside the productā€™s intended design

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

  • Verifying compatibility of the product with their vehicle or fleet requirements
  • Following all installation, use, and maintenance guidelines provided by Workload
  • Inspecting the product regularly and addressing issues immediately

Warranty Claims

To file a warranty claim:

  1. Notify Workload Upfit Equipment in writing with proof of purchase
  2. Provide photos or evidence of the defect
  3. Allow Workload reasonable time to evaluate the claim

Workload reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the defective product at its sole discretion. Labor, installation, shipping, and downtime costs areĀ notĀ covered unless specifically stated in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Workload isĀ not liableĀ for:

  • Incidental, consequential, or indirect damages
  • Loss of business or revenue due to equipment failure or vehicle downtime
  • Any costs beyond the original purchase price of the product

No representative or reseller of Workload has authority to modify or expand this warranty without written approval from Workload Upfit Equipment, Inc.
